Entity: Paramount Staffing, LLC ("Paramount", "we", "us", or "our")
Platform: TABLE (table.hireparamount.com)

1. Scope & Geographic Availability

This Privacy Policy and Notice at Collection applies to job candidates, applicants, and employer client users interacting with TABLE, Paramount Staffing's candidate matching and interview platform.

This document explains the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which it is used, how selective profile sharing works, our decided data retention schedule, and candidate privacy rights across participating jurisdictions.

Geographic Scope: TABLE is currently offered to candidates and employer clients in participating United States jurisdictions. At this time, TABLE is not offered to residents of California or for positions physically located in California.

2. Notice at Collection

In accordance with applicable federal and state employment privacy principles and transparency standards, this section notifies you of the categories of personal information we collect and our business purposes for processing it.

A. Categories of Personal Information Collected

B. Sensitive Personal Information

TABLE collects account authentication credentials (one-time verification codes and session tokens) solely to verify your identity and protect your account.

TABLE does not collect Social Security Numbers, banking information, or government identification cards. If you accept a placement with Paramount, formal pre-employment onboarding documents (such as I-9 and W-4 forms) are gathered separately through our designated onboarding platform (Able) under dedicated employment disclosures.

C. Purposes for Collecting and Using Personal Information

We process your personal information for the following business purposes:

  • Candidate Matching: Evaluating candidate qualifications, location, and shift availability against open client job orders.
  • Interview Coordination: Allowing employer clients to send interview requests for specific roles.
  • Controlled Sharing: Disclosing your profile and contact details to employer clients only when you authorize an explicit grant.
  • Authentication and Account Security: Verifying your identity with secure passwordless email codes and guarding against unauthorized access.
  • Regulatory Recordkeeping: Satisfying statutory employment, referral tracking, and non-discrimination compliance requirements (including EEOC, Title VII, ADEA, California FEHA, and Colorado POWR Act standards).

D. No Sale or Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising

  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • We do not place third-party marketing trackers or advertising pixels in TABLE.

3. How Profile Sharing and Disclosures Work

TABLE is engineered around candidate consent and selective disclosure:

  • Anonymous Candidate Summaries: When your profile matches an open job, employer clients may review your qualifications, skills, and shift preferences without seeing your name or contact email.
  • Explicit Candidate Grants: An employer client cannot view your contact email unless you explicitly approve a sharing grant for that specific job order.
  • Time-Limited and Revocable: Grants expire automatically. You can revoke any active client grant at any time in your Privacy and preferences dashboard.
  • Technical Service Providers: We work with trusted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, database storage, and email delivery) who are contractually bound to process data only on our instructions and under confidentiality safeguards.

4. Decided Retention Schedule

In accordance with state and federal employment record laws, personal information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for its intended purpose or required by statute.

Our retention schedule reflects Paramount's decided policy (migration 0027):

5. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your state of residence, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data:

A. Right to Know and Access

You have the right to request confirmation of the personal information we hold about you, the categories of sources, and our processing purposes.

B. Right to Correct

You can review and update your profile information, skills, and shift preferences directly within your TABLE account at any time.

C. Right to Delete

You can submit a deletion request. When fulfilled:

  • Your profile and contact information are erased or permanently anonymized.
  • A suppression tombstone is preserved to prevent your record from being inadvertently re-imported from upstream ATS records.
  • Statutorily mandated referral and audit records are preserved in anonymized form.

D. Right to Control Sharing and Notifications

  • Interview Notifications: You can turn interview request emails on or off at any time under Privacy and preferences.
  • Client Sharing Grants: You can view and revoke active client grants at any time.

E. Non-Discrimination

We will never discriminate against you, deny matching opportunities, or treat you differently for exercising any of your legal privacy rights.

6. Algorithmic Matching Transparency

TABLE evaluates candidates against job orders using deterministic, job-related criteria: declared skills, location, and shift availability.

  • No Automated Rejections: TABLE does not issue automated disqualifications or rejections.
  • Human Review: Matching surfaces opportunities. Any subsequent interview scheduling or hiring decision involves human evaluation.
  • Meaning of Requests: An interview request indicates interest in exploring an opportunity and does not constitute a job offer.

7. Security Safeguards

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data:

  • Passwordless authentication using cryptographic one-time email codes and secure session validation.
  • Database row-level security and restricted privilege definers.
  • Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption for all network traffic.
  • Role-based access controls limiting administrative functions to enrolled support personnel.

8. Contact & Privacy Requests

To exercise your privacy rights, request data deletion, or ask questions regarding this policy:

  • In-App: Log in to TABLE and navigate to Privacy and preferences (/privacy) to manage settings or submit a request directly to the support queue.
